Cheryl: I am Cheryl also known as "Angelace" and I am the Regional Community Manager for Hellgate: London for IAHGames.

IAHGames is the sole South East Asian distributor of Hellgate: London, an upcoming major title developed by US based Flagship Studios ¨C the development team responsible for bringing the worldwide, best-selling Diablo I & II series of games.

Besides Hellgate: London, IAHGames also carries other game titles like Granado Espada and Emil Chronicle Online (ECO).

MMOsite.com: What led you to introduce Hellgate: London into the South East Asian market? How will you summarize Hellgate: London? What are the outstanding features of Hellgate?

Cheryl: Hellgate: London is a game with global appeal to gamers from all regions so there was no reason why we shouldn t introduce it to the South East Asian market.

In summary, Hellgate: London is an MMOG which combines the depth of role-playing games and the action of first-person shooter elements but I don t think one line does the game enough justice. J Hellgate has so many outstanding features that it s difficult for me to list all of them. In my opinion though, one of the key and best features of HGL is its randomized loot and instance system. Because the loot and instances are randomized, players never know what they are going to get each time they play. It s a new and exciting experience every time!

MMOsite.com: What is your first impression of HellGate: London?

Cheryl: Personally, I love it. I m not saying this just because I m the Community Manager for the game but from the first moment I tried out HGL, the experience was exhilarating - simply because it s a combination of so many different genres. HGL boasts of a variety of game play options hence it will cater to different play styles.

Hellgate: London is so jam-packed with action, there are demons and baddies lurking in every corner so there is never a dull moment while playing the game! Combined with the adrenaline-pumping action, HGL also boasts of a rich storyline so you really get immersed in the lore as you progress through the game.

MMOsite.com: When we talk about Hellgate: London, we naturally think about the seemingly all-conquering World of Warcraft, one is the most highly anticipated game and the other is the most popular game. How hard do you think it will be for Hellgate: London to compete against WoW? Does it offer anything which WoW doesn?t offer?

Cheryl: World of Warcraft and Hellgate: London are two very different games. WoW is typically an MMORPG while Hellgate: London is an MMOG with action RPG elements. Also, the loot system in WoW and in Hellgate: London are very different. WoW has a fixed loot system while the loot system in Hellgate: London is completely randomized. Both games has its own unique features and will appeal to different audiences.
