The only times you\¡®ll reside in a persistent world is when you\¡®re in town, setting up groups. Whenever you\¡®re actually engaged in gameplay -- that is to say, killing monsters and picking up loot -- will happen in an instanced area, which is private to you and your group. PvP will happen in much the same way; you\¡®ll spawn a private map, invite whoever you wish to participate, set up teams, and have a match. It bears mention that SUN doesn\¡®t focus on PvP nearly as heavily as Guild Wars does, but more on that later. At this point, it\¡®s looking like SUN will be primarily PvE focused.
