Dark Age of Camelot come up with a last grab bag of 2005 regarding to 1.81 update and guid problems.

Whoops, I totally lost track of time. You know how it is, it¡®s "one more quest" and "one more bubble" and the next thing you know your mate is threatening to stab you and dinner is cold. Man. I hope that¡®s not just me.

Q: I thought you changed it in 1.81 that people over the caps in the BGs couldn¡®t stay, but there¡®s still this guy in my BG.

A: We changed it so if they die, they can¡®t come BACK. (We can¡®t implement something that just automatically zaps anyone over the limit, I¡®m sorry. That would have been cool, wouldn¡®t it?) You¡®ll need to kill him and frankly, then corpse camp him so he can¡®t be rezzed back in.

For those of you who want to stay and don¡®t mean to be unfair, we have placed NPC wipers in the BGs and the main cities.

Q: I¡®m willing to strip my ML level just to stay in my favorite BG. Is that an option?

A: Not at this time. Stripping the ML is not as simple as the realm point process, sorry.

Q: It was hinted that in the near future we might be able to join guilds from different servers. On my Cluster, I have been very fortunate to meet some great people from another server and they really want me to join their Guild. Some times you meet people and you instantly connect with them, this is certainly what has happened here, and so I was wondering when we might expect this to be possible?

A: We had hoped to get this feature in for 1.81, but we were not able to do so. It¡®s planned for 1.82, but that¡®s only a plan and assumes the best. Please don¡®t read this grab bag answer as a promise. I mention it solely because I want you to know that we know we need to do it, and the team is doing their best.

Q: A vamp friend of mine just spent 493 gold and 81 silver to repair her champion weapon from only 84% con. It used to be much lower (as in only silvers per 1%). So is this a bug? Or are these prices going to stay?

A: I was pretty confused by your question, because I¡®d been told that the prices had never changed. The repair prices are (relatively) high because the items themselves will never lose durability and therefore never leave the game.

It turns out that a few champion weapons were not correctly set when we first implemented them. Their repair prices were set in silver instead of the intended gold. We corrected the database typo a few days after we launched the patch with the champion weapons. Sorry about the confusion, there.
