Lan is one of the leaders of WoW guild-Speed and the pretty girl conquers all the players with her voice.?The Mountain King sever(PvP) where her guild is on was the first in China and the?third in the world to open the gates of Ahn¡®Qiraj. I¡®m glad to?chat with the lovely girl about her and her guild.
MMOSITE: Why did you choose World of Warcraft but not other MMOs?
Lan: Cause I love DnD type games. When I saw the introduction of WOW, I knew it¡®s just for me and it proved that WOW is an awesome game. You can enjoy it in different ways and the community there is so wonderful where players communicate and interact a lot. Blizzard is really doing a good job?
MMOSITE: Generally, during its development, a guild will encounter some problems, more or less, for example, members will hold different views or be of different minds. Does everything go smoothly during the development of your guild?
Lan: Due to WOW system setting, the number of our guild members has been limited to 500. Of course, there were many times when 500 members think differently, however, we?ve reached a consensus: sorry, your opinion cannot represent the guild and your dislike to a certain member cannot become a reason for you to resist decisions made by the guild; so once the high level made a decision, all of us will make all out efforts to carry it out. We can¡®t say all was a smooth sailing, but we have been advancing continuously.
MMOSITE: When did your guild come into being? Can you make a brief introduction to the history of your guild?
Lan: Our guild was founded on April 3rd, 2002 in the closed beta test sever of Lineage I and afterwards we moved to Lineage II. Actually we entered WOW in April 2005. Our guild encourages close cooperation between Alliance and Horde, as a result, Mountain King sever(PvP) where we are on was the first in China and the?third in the world to open the gate of Ahn¡®Qiraj. Currently, the guild is focusing on completing the Ahn¡®Qiraj gate opening event.
MMOSITE: In the last several months, what important tasks has your guild accomplished?
Lan: September 13, 2005
Completed Molten Core quest (successfully killed Ragnaros)

November 16, 2005
Completed Blackwing Lair quest (successfully killed Nefarian)

September 14, 2005
Killed Thunder Bluff leader Cairne Bloodhoof

September 19, 2005
Attacked and killed Undercity leader Sylvanas

November 28, 2005
Attacked Org¡®rimmar, killed the Orc leader Thrall, Troll leader Vol¡®jin

January 31, 2006
Open the gate of Ahn¡®Qiraj , and the journey is still continuing

MMOSITE: It seems there is much to learn if the guild is expected to grow stably and it¡®s not an easy task to deal with people. Personally, what are your unforgettable moments in the guild?
Lan: When we¡®re sad, we¡®ll cry together, and when we¡®re happy, we¡®ll laugh together??
MMOSITE: You have been playing WOW for so long, are you fed up with it? Will you quit it and start another game?
Lan: Fed up? You mean bored and tired? Actually, I¡®ve never had such a feeling because I always think that gaming is not so important. The most important thing is that you¡®ll feel happy doing things in a group, which has been the belief of old guild members. Maybe you won¡®t feel tired after a sleep~(laughing). As for choosing a new game, we¡®ll always inquire other members¡® opinion. I don¡®t care which game, I just care that our members will build another lovely home
?
MMOSITE: Can you say something about the structure of your guild?
Lan: Currently, we¡®ve got 3 Blackwing Lair FARM groups and 6 Molten Core FARM groups. And our goal is that every member of the guild will have a chance to invite Nefarian to have a cup of tea.

MMOSITE: Almost all your members are male players, and as a female player, how do you affiliate yourself closely with other players and become a spirit leader of the guild?
Lan: All the female players in the guild feel satisfied staying with male players. All our members focus so much on WOW. With time passing, I gained confidence of other members and integrate myself with the team. Spirit leader? Really? (laughing) I bet it?s better other members answer this question.
MMOSITE: What is your happiest or saddest thing in WOW?
Lan: The happiest thing is when we participated in the open beta test, our five-member team, all level 45, killed Princess Theradras in Maraudon. The saddest thing is that we?ve got to depart some day?.
