Following authorizing Sing-Gium International
the rights to distribute Zero in four Southeast
Asian countries, TQ Digital Entertainment is expected to enter into a licensing
deal with a Korean online game distribution company concerning Zero.
Just before the Lunar New Year holiday, TQ Digital received visitors from the
above Korean company. It is the first time that this Korean company touched with
TQ Digital concerning the Zero project. The reason why they take a liking
to Zero, a China-based ?intergalactic robotic warfare? MMO is that after
making a survey to China-made online games, they found that Zero sets it
apart from Korean titles in terms of its game settings, game play and its
massive universe. Once Zero is introduced into Korea, there will be a big
chance for it to win Korean players? love for they always pursue brand new game
experience.
Recently, TQ Digital?s game titles performed
well in the overseas market. With Conquer Online creating new concurrent online
users record one after another, Zero attracted the attention of Sing-Gium
International even in its R&D stage and the game was licensed to be operated
in four Southeast Asian countries. And that aroused the interest of the Korean
company to pay a visit to TQ Digital.
TQ digital showed the latest pictures of Zero to the Korean
distributor, who commented that Zero is really a MMO with great
potential. Its ?futuristic intergalactic robotic warfare? and ?customizable
robots? will bring shocking experiences to Korean players. The Korean side also
gave some precious ideas and suggestions concerning the design and operation of
Zero and promised to keep in more frequent touch with TQ Digital in 2006
to further discuss the details of the cooperation scheme.
The development team of Zero are confident in the quality and the
future of the game. They also expressed that they will try their best to perfect
Zero.
