The Plot
"The prison. The scum of the land is locked away here. People who wrong others. But I don¡¯t care about others. I care about me. My needs, my wants, my desires. And now, I desire the life of a criminal."
"Some time ago, a sneaky little thief wandered into my store. That little urchin stole from me, my most prized possession. No one... NO ONE CAN EVER TOUCH IT! Oh but that little cur was lucky. The night-watch caught him. What he stole was returned to me of course, but understand this... No one steals from me and gets away with it."
"Now, a ... ¡®contact¡® of mine has given me some very interesting news. It seems that the little cur, is planning an escape from the prison. He must be getting help, BUT I DON¡¯T CARE ABOUT THAT! My sources say that he will try to escape in four to six days (21st - 23rd March). If he does escape, then I only want one thing... ... KILL THE LITTLE *******!!!"

Basically, the event takes off with phase 1 having the escaped wanderer being in Armia¡¯s event arena. The gates to the arena are open to all players of any level. Every so often, the gates will be closed. Once the gates drops, it is believed that the escaped wanderer will become enraged and annihilate anyone he sees in sight.
Players are required to take down the wanderer at all costs. Once the wanderer goes down, the event will automatically go into phase 2. Phase 2 happens just outside of the town of Armia, where a wandering merchant will be found. Any player may trade the merchant once he/she encounters him. He will be selling both Sky and God Fates at a price that is insanely cheap when comparing with the local market.
The merchant will teleport to a random location in Armia¡®s hunting grounds after every three trades. This sale of fates will go on till the merchant is out of fates.
