Tantra Screenshot Contest has passed,we have a great success and received a great deal of entries during Tantra Online Screenshot Contest.To appreciate our supporters‘ enthusiasm and to add luster to our contest we would like to give winners a brief interview so that all Tantra members can share their happiness.Here comes first guest Jon, comes from Philippine.

MMOSITE: Would you please introduce yourself first?

Jon:
Tantra Mode:
I am Magnustra of the Asura Clan, currently Druka lvl 66, member of the Blades of Destruction guild, Kirya server, Tantra lover.
Real Life Mode:
I‘m Jon from Makati, working in the IT industry, I like playing Tantra, going to Boracay (IMHO one of the best beaches in the world) and playing tennis.

MMOSITE: Have you ever joined any other game event before? What kind of event do you prefer?
Jon:No. This was my first ever game event, and is my first ever MMORPG, I am virgin  or was, with MMORPGs and have fallen in love with Tantra...my first love!

MMOSITE: How many screenshots have you uploaded?And in which categories?

Jon: I lost count, I made a lot of shots and I have posted them at the MMOSITE Forum, check it out Magnustra Log: Tantra - Images and Reflections.
I?joined every category. But my favs are my action and dramatic shots...not only they were hard to take,it involved a lot of patience, timing, self-resu (more often than not I got killed taking these action shots) and loss of pranas but I have no regrets.

MMOSITE: Did you ever think you will win the pirze?

Jon: To be honest, at first yes, but when I saw it was by voting, I felt sad. I am a Filipino and I know Filipinos are very helpful and have this bayanihan spirit when it comes to fellow Filipinos especially their friends so I was thinking a lot of people will get votes by popularity and not by merit or artistic content...do not get me wrong, this bayanihan spirit is a POSITIVE thing but not the best strategy for an artistic contest IMHO. So being just new in the game, my chances of getting other players to vote for my shots were slim...good thing I got 3rd place.

MMOSITE: How will you deal with the prize?Share with your friends or finished it all by yourself?

Jon: I will use a portion of the money as seed fund for my Blades Of Destruction Member Help Member Lvl Up Programs.I was thinking of using the rupees as incentive for older high lvl guild mates to help the lower ones.
I had a bad experience with an older, higher lvl guild when I was just a newbie and did not have any guildmates so I know how hard it is to join a GP when you are alone, hopefully these programs would help lower level guildmates level up faster.

MMOSITE: Concerning screenshot capture, do you have any experience that you want to share with other members?

Jon: I literally was MOONSTRUCK! I fell in love with the full moon slowly rising in the amber sky...just like Boracay at dusk! It was the subject of some of my screenshots. I also like the panoramic sites in some of the maps, I usually go unwind in these spots, sans monsters of course, when I get bored from leveling up. These were for me the places to regen not only my HP/TP but also my spirit as well....of course the changing TANTRA sky, always, never fails to make a nice backdrop for my screenies.And lastly the ala Matrix slow motion effect when you got hit by the Avara Kara, there my secret is out, this is how I got those nice action shots showing off my blades with flames dancing as I slice and dice those dragons.
