Games Workshop created the Warhammer world almost 25 years ago as the setting for its wildly successful tabletop fantasy war game of the same name. Since then, the game has been released in six editions, had dozens of supplements, and been the basis for tens of thousands of unique model soldier designs, making it one of the most well-documented and detailed fantasy settings in existence. The world itself is a dark and forbidding fantasy realm, where Elves, Orcs, Dwarfs, Undead, and many other races clash constantly in mighty battles seeking domination over each other. Meanwhile, the insidious forces of Chaos strive to undermine the basic fabric of society both from within and by the direct invasion of its legions of daemons, beastmen and warped human champions.
"Since the scheduled release date for Warhammer is still long away, will you make any improvements to its contents before it releases?"
"Of course, the game is till polishing ,"said Douglas Woolsey,"and we are building the new world."

Many people feel that World of Warcraft and Warhammer are similar in regard to character design.
Thinnking otherwise,Douglas Woolsey said "Warhammer has 25 years property of Gamework shop, so it is design is based on the actual book and comic design. On the other hand," he smiled,"WOW just come out for a few years."
"PVP is heart of the game, everything lead to PVP."Douglas Woolsey told me."we¡®re making efforts on four levels of PvP combat."
1.Skirmish: This is incidental PvP combat in the game world. Two players from opposing armies happen to run into each other on the map and they begin to fight.
2.Battlefields: These are objective-based PvP battles in the game world. For example, two groups are fighting for control of a temple. Whichever side controls the temple, their army receives a 10% experience point bonus (due to divine intervention).
3.Scenarios: These are instanced, point-balanced battles between two armies. Since they are instanced, there is almost no queuing for a fight, and because they are balanced with the addition of NPC mercenaries, known as Dogs of War, the fights are always evenly matched.
4.Campaign: This involves invading and controlling enemy lands, and culminates with the assault on the opposing army¡¯s capital city. This is the RvR endgame and benefits from the participation of an entire army.

"You stated that Warhammer will involve various types of quests which are unique. How will the quest system help gamers immerse into the Warhammer world?"I asked
"Different kind of stories, as players play as the story unfolding before them."
"And players are talking much about the relation between Dark Age of Camelot and Warhammer. Do you have any comments?"
"Sure, we have a great team of people who build the DAOC, and they will use their expertises on that to build on it with a great story and IP."
It¡®s very happy to talk with Douglas Woolsey,Let¡®s expect more info about this fantastic game.
