Summary:It‘s that time again. Here‘s an update on what we have coming up for all of our loyal Flyffians in the merry, merry month of May.

New Servers On The Way
As Flyffs population continues to grow, we are experiencing more and more latency issues. It‘s that time again. Here‘s an update on what we have coming up for all of our loyal Flyffians in the merry, merry month of May.

New Servers On The Way
As Flyffs population continues to grow, we are experiencing more and more latency issues. In addition to exploring ways to optimize the current server clusters, plans are underway for adding a brand new server cluster. Look for the new server cluster to come in June, just in time for summer vacation!

GPotato Purchasing Issues
Recently, we have been working hard in upgrading our database and server hardware in order to improve the performance of both our site and our games. However, in the course of the upgrade, we ran into some unforeseen problems, causing some users to experience difficulties while attempting to log onto GPotato.com to purchase GPotatoes, and/or difficulties in logging into Flyff.

We are working around the clock in order to solve these issues in a timely manner, and we ask that you please remain patient as we slowly work through our problems. If you continue to experience difficulties while attempting to purchase GPotatoes, please email billing@gala-net.com and we will help you with any specific issues you might be encountering.

New Spending Limits
In order to help prevent fraudulent purchases, we are implementing some new spending limits in regards to purchasing GPotatoes. They are designed to have minimum impact on existing users, and most should not notice a difference at all.

1. A new user now must be registered for at least 7 days or more before purchasing GPotatoes.
2. During the users first month, users are limited to $50 of GPotatoes per day, and a total of $400 of GPotatoes during the users first month.
3. After the first month, the spending limit doubles to $100 of GPotatoes per day, and $800 of GPotatoes per month.

Keep in mind these spending limits apply to purchasing GPotatoes only. There is no limit on how many GPotatoes you can spend per day, or per month. We have worked very hard to make these limits as transparent as possible for our existing users. Please feel free to contact billing@gala-net.com if any clarification is needed on our new spending limits.

New Ways To Contact Us!
As we publish more and more games, having only one email contact can sometimes cause support times to be delayed. To that end, we have added new email addresses for you to contact us directly, regarding specific games. To ensure the quickest response time to your questions and concerns, please send email to the appropriate address. The address are as follows:

- flyff@gala-net.com is where to send all your Flyff related questions and issues.
- sco@gala-net.com is for all your future Space Cowboy Online related questions and issues.
- billing@gala-net.com is for questions regarding the purchasing of GPotatoes, or cashshop items, regardless of which game your are playing.
- webmaster@gala-net.com is where you can send questions and bug reports regarding anything on the website for either GPotato.com, Flyff, or SCO. If its web related, send it here.

We will slowly be phasing out the old support email address, gm@gala-net.com, so please use the new addresses. We hope these new addresses will help make our responses faster and allow us to provide you with better support.

Space Cowboy Online Release Date
Space Cowboy Online, Gala-Nets second MMORPG, will officially turn its servers loose on May 25th, 2006, at 19:00 GMT.
