New Cash Shop Items:
- "Reskill" This item allows you to redistribute the experience of your skills. Does not work on Vagrant skills, however.
- "Scroll of Custody (Private)" This item allows you to instantly access your bank from anywhere in the world (Yes, you will still need to enter your bank password).

Fixes:
- The motion, "To West", now actually points in the right direction. Previously, it pointed in the opposite direction, East.
- Various internal database bug fixes.

Changes:
- Guild names shortened from 18 to 16 letters. Guild names are now required to be between 3 to 16 letters long.
