During today's Activision Blizzard Q4 2011 Conference Call, Blizzard has announced several tidbits of its plan for 2012. As Morhaime expressed, 2012 would be a big year for Blizzard as they are prepared to launch multiple titles in 2012.

Firstly, Blizzard's flagship MMO World of Warcraft is not dying as the latest subscriber numbers is now 10.2 million (10.3 million during their last investor conference call in November). It seems WoW is starting to plateau thanks to the positive responses to patch 4.3. As for WoW's next expansion, Mists of Pandaria, it is learned that Blizzard is going to have a press event in March. (Looked at the pic above, it is March 19th.)
The next big thing is that Blizzard plans to release at least two titles this year, one of which is Diablo 3. Currently, Diablo 3 is targeted at a Q2 launch, which could mean anytime between April and June.

The titles Blizzard also plans to release this year may include the mysterious Titan and the free-to-play Blizzard DOTA as well as a new CoD title. The company's expected revenue for 2012 is $4.5B.
