According to South Korean media, the negotiations which started between Gamehi and CJ E&M's Netmarble on the development of Sudden Attack 2 in October is stagnant again, and Sudden Attack 2 is likely to be delayed.

It's learnt that Sudden Attack 2 has been entangled in fruitless negotiations. The two companies originally planned to announce the final development results for Sudden Attack 2 on October 22, but the press conference was delayed again and again. At last, they had no choice but to announce that all the questions would be answered clearly on December 31. With only several days to go, the negotiations on Sudden Attack 2's development seem unable to end in success.
Gamehi Cancels Dekaron 2, but Works on Sudden Attack 2

Gamehi expressed that they would announce plans for Sudden Attack 2 on December 31 and for the moment they could not disclose anything about the development progress. As the company said, it's rather difficult to reach an agreement, so both parties now reserve their own opinions and see the negotiations stagnate.

It's very likely that both parties will announce the breakdown of negotiations on December 31 simultaneously, and that the second "war" over the Sudden Attack series will break out. After Gamehi announced this June that Nexon would take over Sudden Attack, a head-on "war" between Gamehi and Netmarble was ignited. Actually, many complicated reasons like the two sides’ interests cause the delay of Sudden Attack 2.
According to insiders, Gamehi is legally the developer of Sudden Attack 2, and Netmarble is legally the operator, which has paid 2.5 billion won, half of the total development fees (5 billion won).
