Recently, South Korea-based ALT1 released a fist CBT video, two concept arts and a bunch of brand-new dungeon screenshots regarding its new MMORPT title Troy Online. The concept arts depict the two factions in Troy Online, i.e. Greece and Troy.
From the video, we can see players cooperate tactically in occupancy battle. In order to occupy a stronghold, players have to capture the flags scattered in the stronghold area. Intense battle was going on between the two factions. During the occupancy battle, the two factions have to capture seven flags within the given time. The faction which captures more flags within the given time wins the battle.
"We hope players can pay attention to Troy Online and support it. For this purpose we've created a video to highlight the battle in Troy Online. But players can expect more content coming out soon," said a responsible person in ALT1 Games.
The screenshots below showcase the dungeons to be released in the testing slated to start on Dec. 15. It is learnt that each dungeon will offer a number of giant boss monsters for players to kill and loot.
During the testing, such dungeons like "Snake's Shrine", "Kellers Temple", "Amazon" and "Marathon Highland" will be open to the players. There will also be many powerful monsters. Players have a chance to get a wide array of items and rewards, and can gain triple or higher EXP through fighting monsters in these dungeons.
Snake's Shrine is a dungeon accessible to players below lvl 20, where you will encounter half-snake, half-human monsters from ancient Greek mythologies. Kellers Temple is a dungeon designed for players between lvl 20-30, where you'll encounter monsters controlled by Death Goddess.
Amazon is a dungeon accessible to players around lvl 10. Amazon Queen Spridis and her soldiers will take challenge from players. Amazon Queen will show up at the end of the dungeon run.
And Marathon Highland is a dungeon open to players at lvl 30-30, where ancient Greek soldiers will show up and players need to watch out for beasts and other monsters will pop up unexpectedly.
Troy Online's first round of closed beta testing is set Dec. 15 - 17 in South Korea. Players can expect to experience awesome battle content during the testing.
Troy Online stopped services in U.S. on Nov. 30, 2011 and it is still unknown when it will resume the services.
