Fairy Tail: Hero’s Journey Beta Delayed to Q1 2017

GameSamba has announced that the first beta for the anime MMORPG Fairy Tail: Hero’s Journey has been delayed to Q1 of 2017, instead of the original late 2016 date (as they’ve obviously missed that.) The studio decided so after evaluating the candidate build and seeing the need to change some features and provide a better experience.
Little is known about the announced title, as only a handful of screenshots and gifs have been released. However, looking at the images, one can assume it will be akin to Naruto Online, League of Angels II, and other similar titles – unfortunately for those who hoped for a full 3D MMORPG experience in a client.
The original announcement of the delay by GameSamba reads:
Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for Fairy Tail: Hero’s Journey! Previously, we stated the beta testing period would start at the end of this year. However, after spending time in the candidate build, we decided to change some features around, and make the game a better experience for our players.
Due to this, we will be pushing back the estimated beta date to early 2017.
As always, stay tuned to the Facebook page for any updates, and sign up for the mailing list at official website to get more updates as they become available – and for your chance to take part in the beta when it launches!
