ArcheAge 3.0 is the Perfect Time to Play Again

MMORPGs are a tricky thing. Often, you have to try and separate yourself from the crowd. As classics like Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, and others are dominating the market in such a way that it's really hard to be unique. Other times, you have a decent MMO, but you can't keep players involved, and thus the whole thing just falls apart.
This is what happened with Final Fantasy XI, which is why it was shut down and reborn as Final Fantasy XIV. Which was much more successful. Trion World had a similar problem with their MMORPG ArcheAge. But with their 3.0 update that was released earlier this month, it's clear that the game is ready for a rebirth of its own.
So, why should you come back now? Well, a couple of reasons. First, the game has received new servers so that players of varying involvement in the game can start fresh and begin new life in ArcheAge. While this may seem like an odd choice, a fresh server means a level playing field, and less "gap" between players, and thus the feeling of "being lower tier" is erased.
Second, two new races were added via the update. The classic Dwarves, and a race called the Warborn. Both are very unique, and thus will offer players new ways to play, or, just new characters to test out and see if they like them.
Don't just take my word for it though, this new update has already filled the world of Erenor with new players, and returning veterans. So it's clear that Trion Worlds is doing something right, and players are reacting positively to that.
Oh, and did we mention a gigantic titan called the Thunderwing? Yeah, that's coming after the Revelation package launches, and it appears to be quite a frightening beast. I suggest leveling and gearing up before trying to take it on.
Regardless, ArcheAge is ready to play again, and the world is just waiting for you to arrive.
