Gods and Idols: Early Access Thoughts

Unfinished games are a tough product to evaluate, since obviously, they're still not complete. Gods and Idols is one of those games, but it definitely looks like it's going to be one very unique gaming experience. Gods and Idols gives you the role of a god that's trying to rebuild and create planets, then build empires on them for your followers.
When I first got into the game, I was stunned by the graphics. I was also very confused as to what I needed to do, since Gods and Idols has a very complex start, and other people stated the same thing, but the graphics are absolutely mesmerizing, for an MMORTS.
You don't find a lot of these smaller developers who can produce such brilliant graphics for their games, but this one certainly provides an immensely enjoyable visual experience. The start, as I said, was a confusing experience, but once you get the hang of it, you can start building up your planet rather easily. Fleets and planetary expansions are going to be added later.
But, the best thing about Gods and Idols isn't in the game itself, but it's in the developers. They are completely devoted to the game and they respond immediately to any bug or criticism that the players find, and they do their best to fix it as soon as possible, which a lot of developers don't do these days.
With such amazing developers and a really interesting concept, Gods and Idols definitely has the potential to be something truly amazing!
