A new Firefall patch was just released with lots of updates. They've also announced their latest promotion for players who are interested in Red Bean packs and tokens!
Firefall is a dynamic, open-world MMO shooter with limitless exploration of a vast future Earth, rewarding skilled players as they progress through a deep story. Players will be able to customize their character in a living world that constantly offers new challenges.
Let's see what the patch highlights include:
·Greatly increased the amount of dynamic event spawns in Sertao, Broken Peninsula and Coral Forest.
HKMs now charge slightly faster.
HKMs last longer before their charge bar will start decreasing and charge will decay at a reduced rate.
This will allow players more time between combat phases while minimizing the amount of charge lost.
·Added a report spam feature. To access this feature, enter mouse mode, click on a user’s name, scroll to report then select “Report Spam”. This feature will also automatically add the reported player to your ignore list.
·Increased both XP and Crystite rewards for all ARES Jobs.
·Hardcore Blackwater Anomaly will once again drop boss loot from the Necronus.
With today’s patch, they have also re-introduced four gliders to Firefall: two to the Red Bean store and two to the prize pool for the Red Bean Reward Tokens. Long time players will recognize all four of these gliders, and some may even already own them, but don’t worry! They’ve not only made them available again, they’ve also updated them by giving them attributes that improve the effectiveness of every glider you use.
As a reminder, the two attributes that glider pads can have are:
Quickened: For every different glider pad you own with the “Quickened” attribute, your shared glider pad cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds.
Lofty: For every different glider pad you own with the “Lofty” attribute, the height to which you are boosted into the air on activating any glider pad is slightly increased.
