Rumble Entertainment Received Millions Investment From Nexon

Rumble Entertainment announced that they just received $17.5 million investment from Nexon's Series B round of financing and its partners. The strategic investors like TriplePoint Capital, Google Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and other strategic partners also participated in the round, bringing Rumble's total funding to date to over $35 million. This funding will go toward developing and publishing of the company's portfolio of immersive games on emerging platforms.
Rumble Entertainment is founded by former BioWare/Pandemic CEO Greg Richardson. It's a developer and publisher of premium, multiplatform free-to-play games.Currently, Rumble is focusing on free-to-play browser games and mobile titles. It has announced slate of premium games, including KingsRoad, a medieval action role-playing game, which is during Open Beta on the web and Facebook; Ballistic, a fast paced first-person shooter; and Nightmare Guardians, a multiplayer tower defense game.
