It's time for MMOsite This Week – Weekly News Roundup once again! In which place you just need to relax yourself and follow us to review the past week in MMO world: most of hot news are update and beta news this week. Game Updates

Strategy card game Faëria now is in Kickstarter aiming to reach of goal of $70,000. While another Kickstarter project - City of Titans finally hit the Kickstarter goal, congratulations! There is one more thing to celebrate. Russian ArcheAge fans successfully get the charging mode changed. I have to say, admirable fans and awesome publisher! Do you think Trion Worlds will do as well as the Russian publisher? We'll see. Recently Webzen KR is actively promote Archlord II for its Open Beta, revealing screenshots and videos of the upcoming content. And then, MOBA fans must don't want to miss the following update news! League of Legends' "One for All" mode in which you can play the same champion with others will be released by the end of this year. What's more attractive, a new mysterious female champion was revealed right after Jinx. So, she and Ao Shin, who will come first? At last, a new MMO for you. Previously revealed as Project A by the Korean developer, Galaxy Gate, the action MMORPG got an official name now: Legend of Fighters.

Beta Test News

Many games announced CBT or OBT this week, which means we have more games to try out soon. For those we are able to play easily - The high anticipated MMORPG, Hero of the Obelisk has entered Closed Beta on Oct 10th, and Heva Clonia Online will kick off Open Beta on Oct 17. By the way, MMOsite is giving away Hero of the Obelisk's CBT key now. If you want to play this game, you can take part in our forum event and get one! The online dancing MMO Mstar Online now is officially launched in SEA. The players who like dancing and casual game might have a check.

For those we have no chance to give it a shot, but still with fantastic content- In Korea, the fantasy MMORPG, ASTA's Open Beta will be released on Oct 16th. And Black Desert's CBT will be live on Oct 17th. Interested players can check out the system requirement first. If you PC doesn't meet the requirement, you still have time to upgrade it since the English version is far away from us. Icarus Online's finaly CBT registration has started too. In China, Myrina(Pirate Fleet)'s second CBT has arrived with Rubber Duck on Oct 9th. Monster Hunter Online also announced the second CBT - Predatory Test's date - Oct 24th. In the end, in Japan, the F2P action MMO Onigiri will kick off Open Beta on Dec 12nd.

It seems that waiting time is much more than playing time. What a sad thing.

Halloween Events

How many of you are preparing for this Halloween? And what's your plan on that day? MMO world also provide gamers benefits for the festival! The Halloween-themed content update Blood and Madness along with many new events for Guild Wars 2 is coming Oct. 15th. While Rift and MU Online's Halloween event will start Oct 17th and 18th respectively. Mabinogi also threw out a creepy trailer for upcoming Halloween events. Which kind of events do you like best?

Now let us see some tidbits. Korean and Chinese publishers like to find spokesperson for their games. Recently, Tencent revealed that they will announce spokesperson for Blade and Soul soon. MMOsiters discussed it together and posted their ideal spokesperson. But wait, Gandalf and Statue of Liberty are in the list too? Surprises me, haha.


Mobile News

Mobile Section! Or Square Enix Time! Square Enix has confirmed that the famous JRPG Final Fantasy VI will come to iOS and Android later this year. As well as the Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest is also one of Square Enix popular game franchises, and Square Enix has announced that a bunch of Dragon Quest games are heading to mobile soon. To be more precise, the majority of the franchise will be coming to Android and iOS which means Dragon Quest 1-8 at least. Now, draw your attention to another company: Perfect World. They have announced that they will launch Elemental Kingdoms on Thursday, October 17th on the U.S. App Store. In conclusion, we now have pretty many mobile games to look forward to.
