The good news is coming for those who are interested in Absolute Force Online but restricted to IP block: the game will remove its IP block this Thursday at 00:30 (PST). The Unreal Engine-developed online shooter originally provided access only to 4 countries, which makes the players out of the three countries complain about the block.
