The Disney Company is looking forward to acquire the Ignition parent Company UTV Software Communications, by purchasing some of the remaining shares in the software company, this being said by different media reports.

The company actually has 50.4 percent of the equity share capital for India-based UTV IGNITION, but a UTV representative already stated that Disney would be deleting from the list the rest of the UTV IGNITION shares from the Stock Market.
