PAX 2010 has finally come to an end. What impresses you most? More than showing Demos, the developer of Guild wars 2 was displaying the NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround and Havoc Physics. It not only made the game a standout graphic effect, but also impressed people GW2’s great potential in one promotion.

Torchlight 2 was also unveiled at PAX. The most exciting new feature of Torchlight 2 is the multiplayer element. Play with your friends, and use the free peer-to-peer matchmaking service to meet new players of a similar level and interest. Together players will discover expansive randomized outdoor areas and deep ominous caverns; random instanced and persistent dungeons, a huge variety of all new monsters and villains, endless variations of loot to find, and quests to complete. Players journey through the perilous Overworld, enjoying all new weather features, time of day events, and a rich and cunning story to drive gameplay. It is still not Torchlight Online, so we have to wait a while yet.

Red 5 Studios, the developer founded by former World of Warcraft team lead Mark Kern, finally unveiled its long-in-the-making online shooter, Firefall at PAX. The free-to-play futuristic action game also has a futuristic release date. They are tring to change the way people's think about MMOFPS games. Will they succeed? I feel that it will happen in the near future!
