Aion: Assault on Balaurea will be live today! A few hours later, at 4:30 a.m. PDT, September 7, all Aion servers will be brought down for maintenance. According to the official, the maintenance won't be longer than 8 hours, which means at the noon you can play the new expansion on live servers. Now the full Aion 2.0 client is available for download, you can grab it at the official site. The official has released two videos before to take you to the new zones: Ingisson and Gelkmaros.

The latest Aion expansion, Assault on Balaurea will take you to the homeland of Balaur. New instances and new level cap are waiting for you. You and your guild will experience new fortress battles which are quite different to those in the Abyss. The newly introduced pet system will add more fun to your gameplay.
