Hey everyone, some time ago I talk about APB and why in general I thought it was a good game, their strongest points and some weaker areas. Like any other game their success depends on the reception of the people and it looks like APB is not going well.

Honesty the game is falling short that now their developers RealTime Worlds is about to close down because they are deep in bankruptcy, they entered around a week ago a process called administration, apparently that is a protocol that I don’t understand well because is one of those strange UK laws… (RTW is a Scottish developer).

What happened to APB? What went wrong? Why is RTW running out of money?

Watching an mmo fail is a sad thing, after all the work all this developers have to put into a game it is definitely something depressing watching all your job going down the drain. Developing a game is something hard and believe me, no one wants to suck! But the mechanism of publishers and developers sometimes can tear things apart.

What exactly failed in APB? Is hard to get a straight answer for this, it is completely sketchy if someone told us a simply answer for this question, but I manage to dig up some reasons of why this game is going down the toilet so soon.

Warning note: I will take the liberty here to write down my own opinions of what I heard in different net sites, since a lot of people is saying their stories at their own perspective, I will simply write mine at my own understanding since a lot of details are a bit blur, I will not provide any links as proof, you should look for them on the net and make your own mind on the subject if you don't like what I said…
