Each selected project will receive a fund of 500 million won from the local government.
The South Korean "Global Plan", which the MCST and KOCCA pay much attention to, is made to help those excellent TV series, games and animes march into the important markets like China and USA. The 9 projects selected this time were generated after progressing through the judgment of American and Chinese authorities in 5 steps (inc. examination). According to the related judgment authority, a profit of 1,000 billion won at least is expected to be achieved by the selected projects in the following 5 years.
