Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of The Second's teaser site which has also been made public, offers the brand-new info about the new version, like the world view, characters and game features. Before the launch of the remade game's official site, the official company will release the info like the game's operation schedules and related events on the teaser site, and communicate with players via the site, too.

According to Won Seok Choi, CTO of Gravity, Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second is the result of their analyses on the original's strong & weak points and the players' requirements, as well as their thorough modifications in the old version. The new version will bring players more interesting gaming experiences.

Developed by using Unreal Engine 2.5, Ragnarok Online 2 was officially released in South Korea in 2007, and has been exported to many overseas markets, including Taiwan and Japan. However, since numerous problems exist and much time has been spent in modifying the in-game systems, the game has only been tested in Japan openly so far. The9 was confirmed to be the publisher of Ragnarok Online 2 in Mainland, China long before, but hasn't announced any info about the game's tests so far.
