Dragon Ball Online - HTB Skill

Ever since the cash shop was released, the Korean version of Dragon Ball Online has been somewhat out of beta. Although technically still in beta, players don't have to worry about their characters being deleted once the game hits version 1.0 (current version is 0.90.29). Today, details were released about the very first major content patch bringing us closer to that version 1.0 (no release date for this patch was mentioned).
