How to Hook up in MMORPG's

Well the end of the world is still a few years away in 2012 but for these poor games the end may come sooner. While in the industry it's very hard for a MMO to actually "die" per say due to the low cost of keeping servers around with minimal content updates, these are games that are dying on the vine.

1)Roll a Tank

It doesn't matter what game you're playing, doesn't matter if you're a girl or a boy – Tanks are going to get more love. By being the tank you're making sure that people need you to get anything done, and pretty soon you'll have legions of star-struck fans telling stories of how you once killed 4 packs of mobs by yourself after your group died. You'll build great relationships with your healers and groups, far more than a DPS ever would, just on the inherent nature of how group roles work. That one time that you tanked Sneevil Sewerdredge with only your special someone to keep you alive could be the start of something really hot.

2)Become a Guild/Raid leader

This is a great, if time consuming and sometimes stressful, way to get plenty of praises and adoration. Not only will your guildmates be fawning all over you in the hopes for some kind of favoritism for raid spots or loot, but you'll also gain server reputation if you're lucky enough to down a few bosses, which will attract even more attention. Note that you can really build a nice relationship with your special someone by hanging out with them after scheduled guild events, in a smaller group setting, a "wind down" after the big raid.
