Recommended MMOs in January 2010

The New Year is here, and so are new MMOs and new updates. I'm extremely sorry for the delay in bringing you our January recommendation, so here it is, without further ado.

In retrospect to the last decade, our MMORPG world has undergone many ups and downs. Most MMORPGs stand frustratingly firmly and have ceased to evolve, and as of late, all seem to have the same interface, as in: "a HP bar and MP bar are always over there!". Would upgraded graphical effects make for a fun game? Everyone has thinking about this problem, including both console and MMO game developers, and us. However, there have only been very few people willing to change it. We should give these unconventional MMO developers our blessings with more enthusiasm then we have often bestowed on passing MMOs. Such games include Plain Sight (recommended by us last January), Love, NASA MMO(Demo to be released in January), LEGO Online and so on.

By adding battle elements into a racing game, Track Mania is really a good choice for us. And Transpee can be a new choice for online speeding enthusiasts. The first closed beta test for Transpee will be open for 5 days, starting on Wednesday, January 13 of 2010.

The closed beta will last just 5 days and the server will be up and running for a few hours - not all day long! A specific time will be announced later on!

• Client Pre-Download: The first week of January, 2010
• Closed Beta Phase: 5 days (Wednesday, January 13 ~ Sunday, January 17 of 2010)
• Server open hours: 3 hours

Players can choose between Denis, aleader of a bike gang who starts racing to prove that he is greater than Mach, or Arumi, a female cop who chases after Dennis, but soon realizes her passion for racing when she sees Mach's racing.

The cars have the ability to carve up one another's cars, using various stunt skills, as they crawl along the edge of a track. The surfaces of the cars are designed to produce an optimum speed using the air-pressure of the cars ahead. Besides, its reinforced durability and physical system enable drivers to use a driving strategy allowing massive crashes with the other drivers. The elements controlling each car distinct running characteristic include; weight, wheel size, steering angle, horsepower, tires friction, and engine characteristic curves. Many drivers are excited because these new technologies also allow parts of the cars bodies to be replaced with more aerodynamic pieces which improves a cars ability to draft another.
