Which was the Most Expensive MMO in 2009?

As we all know, MMOs which have been claimed to be F2P might actually cost us more money than P2P ones. For P2P MMOs you only need to pay once every month but F2P MMOs, such as MapleStory and Dragonica, always entice players to buy series of items in order to make their characters more powerful or even just for good looks. Some other MMOs even have both of these payment systems, such as Aion and Warriors of the 3 Kingdoms. In Aion you need to pay for a timecard every month and also for special in-game items to change the appearance or gender of your characters.
