- Summary: The first time I saw Steel Dog screenshots and knew it is a Korean game, I directly kicked it out from the racing game list in my mind. Whereas, when I am in the face of its trailer released at GStar 2009, I realize I was absolutely wrong. Set in the future, this game focuses on car wars. Players can manoeuvre the fighting vehicle to go into battle which is integrated with some racing elements, but the cute anime style looks pleasant, at least it seems less difficult.

Set in the future, this game focuses on car wars. Players can manoeuvre the fighting vehicle to go into battle which is integrated with some racing elements, but the cute anime style looks pleasant, at least it seems less difficult.
Battle Mode
Steel Dog employs the match system like CrazyRacing KartRider and its play mode is similar to ARC's wrestling. Three battle modes are provided:
1. Death Match
Players enter a game room and are then drop into a large 3D arena after getting ready. This kind of match is rather cruel, players have to compete against each other and the last survivor is the winner.
The number of maximum players for this match is not clear yet.
2. Team Death Match
After entering a room, players must choose one of the two opposite teams to launch PK. The last surviving team or the team with the most survivors wins.
In this mode, 1-3 players are allowed in each team, but it is unknown whether there is a requirement for the same number of players.
3. Boss Battle
This mode is like a PVE style game in which four players in a room are required to war against a Boss together. Every time players die, they have to wait a longer and longer time to revive as punishment. If all of four players die, they lose. However, as long as one survivor fights to the end, the other players can revive and they win. This mode fully embodies the significance of teamwork as well as spices up the game experience.
Controls
In this game featuring attack and racing, controls are of great importance.
