Now we are off to Dragonblight where the Wyrmrest Temple is located. In this zone we will see plenty of dragon bones, magnataur, and blue dragonkin. We are here to find a few fun quests in Northrend and our journey brings us to Dragonblight. Will we find fun here?

Quest: Defending Wyrmrest Temple

Rewards: This daily quest offers over 5 gold, over 20 thousand experience, and 250 reputation with The Wyrmrest Accord.

Description: After a lengthy series of quests you will unlock this daily quest. Your objective is to slay three Azure Dragons, five Azure Drakes, and destabilize the Azure Dragonshire. You’re not on foot, though. You’ve got to do this on the back of one of the wyrmrest defenders.

Why it’s fun: You get to see some dragon on dragon action! Take flight with the red dragon and slay those pesky blue dragons. If you’re grinding faction for The Wyrmrest Accord this quest is essential. That may make it a little less entertaining; however, a tricky achievement will improve its repeatability. Rapid Defense is an achievement you can strive for by doing this daily. To get it you must “Complete the Defending Wyrmrest Temple quest in under 3 minutes while not in a group.”

Quest: Lumber Hack

Rewards: You will receive a green quality item, over 5 gold, and over 20 thousand experience. Description: Xink is located southwest of The Crystal Vice in a small goblin camp. He needs lumber for the towers the Alliance are building. He tells you the best wood is in the forest to the north were several harpies are nesting. Xink wants you to gather 50 pieces of Coldwind lumber by using his Shredder. The Shredder is like a mech-suit of tree-cutting butt kickery!

Why it’s fun: I like controlling goblin-made inventions. It may seem boring to use a giant robot to cut down trees, but for some reason it isn’t. Perhaps the monotony of Dragonblight, all that drama, is interrupted by good old fashioned goblin mechanics. You get slice up some harpies which is a good stress reliever and you get to run around as a robot which is a nice distraction from the everyday WoW.
