Surprisingly, two showgirls at NCSOFT's Blade & Soul stand were ordered to get out of GStar 2009 that was held in Busan, Korea on November 26th, because of their excessively revealing clothes. Their cosplay costumes could not even cover their chests and pelvises well, which absorbed the attention of the Korean media and organizers. This is the first time that showgirls have been ordered to leave. According to NCSOFT's spokesman, the two showgirls are professional models and are assigned by NCSOFT to do propaganda, but their costumes are provided by the model company and have nothing to do with NCSOFT actually.

Since the debut of G-Star in 2006, the revealing clothes of showgirls have been mentioned by media for many times. Detailed rules for the clothing of showgirls assigned by exhibitors are also specified in the "Guide for G-Star 2009 Exhibitors". According to the Guide, participants of G-Star 2009 like showgirls and those giving cosplay shows are not allowed to wear excessively revealing clothes such as bikinis and something similar to underwear.

As the violators don't belong to NCSOFT, NCSOFT is not punished. Only the two showgirls were punished by being ordered to get out.
