WoW New Bug: Create an Undead Paladin SO Easily

Some players exposed that there is an easy way to change character model in the current WOW version without using any tools. We find the way is workable after verification. The detailed steps are as follows:

Create a new character and choose the race, gender and appearance you like. After that, enter the game world with the new Level1 character and then logout to return to the character list. Left-click to select the high-level character that you want to make a change, and then move your mouse over the new created character.

You can Create a Human Druid or change your gender easily through this way. xD~

On this screen, press Enter key and left click on the new character simultaneously. You can also left click on the new character and then release the mouse button at the time of pressing Enter key. If you seize the right opportunity and have good fortune, your high-level character will be changed into the new character model. With this method, Diablohu has created a human Druid. Why? We know you are so curious. Now it’s time to unveil the mystery. There is a delay when the game engine reads the character’s model and data. If you just press the key during that delay, your high level character model will be changed into the new character model the game engine actually reads. The delay of reading models can be found in most 3D games. We have already verified that the latest WOW client version 3.3 also has this problem. As the model file is saved in players’ personal computer and the connection between personal computer and the game server will be delayed inevitably, so the problem cannot be resolved until the image engine is completely changed in Cataclysm. However, this Bug doesn’t have an impact on the game balance, thus Blizzard is likely to pay no attention to it.

Attention! After you have changed your character model, please prevent from being transformed or using transformation items, such as using Halloween transformation items, Rod of Transformation or being transformed by mages. Otherwise your character will revert to the original model.
