MMOsite Forum Moderator Recruiting

Dear MMOsiters,

More and more players are paying attention to MMOsite-Forum, so we decide to recruit more moderators to help manage our forum.

The boards which need new blood are: General Discussion, New Game Discussion, Aion, Dragonica, WOW Boards and we will be pleased if you want to be some other boards’ moderator.

1. General Requirements:
• Be impartial;
• Stimulate and lead discussions, to lead by example;
• Participate in the discussions, expressing your own opinion and encouraging discussions without attacking the opinions of others Enthusiastic to respond to other players posts and comments;
• Help our fellow Admin manage the forum;

2. Special Requirements for General Discussion, New Game Discussion, Aion, Dragonica and WOW Moderators:
a. Requirements for General Discussion and New Game Discussion Moderators:
• With certain MMOG experience
• Be excited about the role and have a willingness to encourage discussion about the game through feedback, forum use, etc;
• Have a clear understanding of what we are trying to do with these boards;
• Have free time to commit an average of four hours or so a week to the staff.

b. Requirements for Aion, Dragonica and WOW Moderators:
• With certain game experience about the game you want to be moderator of
• Familiar with the game you want to be moderator of
• Respond to other players' posts and comments
• Post new game info about Aion, Dragonica or WOW

Rewards:
Temporary Moderator: 30 MMO Gold (monthly)
Formal Moderator: 50 MMO Gold (monthly)
Elite Moderator: 100 MMO Gold (monthly)
Super Moderator: 150 MMO Gold (monthly)d
Heroic Moderator: 300 MMO Gold (monthly)

If assessed as "perfect" at the end of a month, the moderator can get an extra 20% MMO Gold.
