LEGO worlds are coming to life with a focus on creativity, building and safety - players will explore, make friends, and embark on adventures in this full-featured MMOG. It wouldn't be LEGO Universe without building, and the game will feature several ways to use the iconic LEGO brick, from simple, gameplay-oriented building challenges to complex creative designs.

Why It's a Contender:

Aside from LEGO Universe's unique character creation system that'll let you craft anything from ninjas to Dragon Ball characters, the in-game workshop alone could have players competing to see who can build the biggest and most impressive machinery, much like we've seen in LittleBigPlanet. What we anticipate is a lot of videogame-inspired craftsmanship, from Final Fantasy-style airships to recreations of Donkey Kong levels.
