1. Beta Games

45 million players

WEBZEN Inc., a developer and publisher of MU Online which boasted over 45 million players all around the world has released plans to globally publish its MMORPG title Soul of the Ultimate Nation(S.U.N). The company announced that the beta testing period of S.U.N will be held for 3 days starting on Wednesday, October 14th, 2009.

S.U.N is a fantasy-based massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) showcasing splendid graphics, strategic battle zone systems and storytelling quests which has been successfully operating in Asia for the last 4 years. m

U3 FPS MMO

Not long after its successful closed beta which ended on September 30, Alliance of Valiant Arms brought this good news to players: A.V.A. Open Beta phrase will begin on October 14th, 2009. And this OBT will run until the service goes live sometime in early November.

All OBT participants get to keep their accounts for the live version of the game! So be sure to participate in the OBT to get a head start on ranking up and earning Euros.

on Steam Starting

October 13, 2009 - Seattle, WA - Runic Games, Inc. ("Runic Games"), a specialized developer of PC-based entertainment software in the United States, is thrilled to announce today that its upcoming action-RPG, Torchlight, will now be available on Steam starting the first day of launch, October 27.

"It's important for us to make Torchlight as widely available as possible. Steam is an enormous outlet that many players use exclusively - we're big fans ourselves - so we are really happy that it will be on Steam starting day one," says CEO Max Schaefer.
