Summary: When we were concentrating on the things of MMOs these day, we got a different voice from a hardcore player who stick to play single mode games. Below is it, personally I have to agree some of its points, there's some truth in what he says.

Reason 5: Save Big Bucks

You have to pay money in order to get entertained. But the amount must be resonable. I am curious if you have ever done the math as how much you have paid for playing a P2P online game. You have to buy point cards and pay monthly broadband fee. As long as you keep playing, the bills will continue to grow. Some F2P online games will be a money vampire. They charge skyrocketing price for any item sold in their item mall. If you are a stingy jew and never spend a penny on your gameplay, your gaming experience will be disappointing.

However, if you choose a single-player game, after you paid for the box, you can just sit back and enjoy it as long as you want without any other charges, and you can choose to play it alone or with your friends or family members. And there is no broadband fee. Big Bucks are saved.

Playing online games is fun but will bring you no ending. You will get addicted and play it nonstop unless game servers are shut down. Most single-player games have a final level. You pass the the final level and the whole game will end. If you play online games just for fun but not for a living, it will waste you a lot of time wrapping your head around lots of twits and turns.

Want to save big bucks? Try out a stand alone game. It’s a lot cheap and same addictive.

Reason 6 Cherish your time!

Are you a professional player who plays games for a living?

Just to satisfy my curiosity, how much time do you spend on playing your favorite game each week? Hard core players may put in 30 or more hours every week. But I can't understand how come it can keep you repeating the same quests and killing mobs that look so alike.

What fun is it? Is it fun to play day and night and repeat quests without knowing when this game will end? Or maybe this is fun enough that you lose all your achievements when the game stops service and all the servers are shut down. Seriously, don't get stuck in any never ending game! It will mess up your life. Time, once gone will never come back. Give a shot at single-player games.
