Nobody can deny that Massively Multi-player Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPGs) are popular today. World of Warcraft alone has over 11.5 million subscribers world wide. However, we would be lying to ourselves if we claimed that the genre isn't without its problems.

Indeed, MMO players have seemingly always jumped back and forth between games whenever something new comes out. While World of Warcraft boasts large numbers, many are of the opinion that the primary reason that it retains those numbers is not any sort of loyalty, as some may think, but instead just a lack of any real alternative.
