Dungeons & Dragons Online, the MMO based on the classic pen & paper RPG, is switching business models. D&D:O is going to be free to play for all, paid monthly subscriptions are now optional. The free version is fully playable, though it does have a few limitations.

What is Dungeons & Dragons?
