It's just yesterday that the guild Avant Garde from Kil'jaeden-US finished this great quest. The lucky Druid is from Avant Garde (Kil'jaeden-US), called Snuggleme.

I think we're almost done with Ulduar now! Avant Garde (Kil'jaeden-US) was the first guild to complete Val'anyr, Hammer of the Ancient Kings the mace went to Snuggleme, a happy druid.

About the Quest (Source from Spooncraft)

Just like with Atiesh in the original Naxxramas, you will have to loot 40 (or 30) Fragments of Val'anyr to be able to forge a quest item that starts the quest chain to rebuild the mace. The Shattered Fragments of Val'anyr will most likely drop from bosses in Ulduar and it's unconfirmed if they drop in 10 or 25 man or even if only during hardmode encounters.
