It would seem that the game has finally awoken from the reverie it was once stuck in. The question now is that will these updates finally help get the game back at par with majority of the MMOs out there or would this be the last gasp for a game that has finally broken down to its once glorious pedestal.
I received word from my friends in Tantra Global that they’re going to finally release the latest update of this age-old F2P MMO. Tantra Players are finally getting the chance to see their characters in the game to have its own mounts, avatar accessories and whatever. When I received the news and read the news release in MMOsite I thought to myself it’s about time. However a question still looms over the upgrade. Is the update too little too late? Case in point, a mount system is not an “innovation” in the MMO industry because almost all F2Ps these days have their own mount system already integrated into their game right off the bat. While the Kruma upgrades, the bread and butter of Tantra seems to be a useless gesture for players to get back beating each other senseless.
