MMOsite recently had an opportunity to chat with Keren Kang, Associate Producer of Warrior Epic, True Games, to check up on the progress of the game and she revealed that the closed beta will be coming up very soon. Now the game is nearing completion and the developers are preparing to open their doors to the public.(Three exclusive Screenshots included)
MMOsite: Can you tell our readers a little bit about the Warrior Epic development team and their experience within the MMOG industry?

Keren:
Warrior Epic's talented and dedicated dev team Possibility Space, is headquartered in Austin, TX, with an office in Beijing. The two teams are working together to tackle the production. Gage Galinger, the Co-Founder and CEO of Possibility Space, comes from an extensive industry background with more than10 years of experience. That experience has turned into insight as he devoted himself to the Micro-transaction/MMOG genre, with western audiences in mind.
MMOsite: Can you basically introduce the class system to our readers? What sort of unique traits will each of them have?
Keren: Warrior Epic's class system is rather diverse. There are 6 base-classes total; each with 2 sub classes to choose from. For example: The big burly Pit Fighter: Players can choose to play a protector of the party by rolling with the Outcast Pit Fighter. His melee skills are specialized in defensive tactics, making him an excellent tank. If melee AoE damage is your fancy, than the Berserker Pit Fighter is your calling. Berserkers have devastating AoE attacks that will be sure to top the damage charts. While each of the classes and sub-classes have their own specializations, players can further customize the strength of their favorite skills in our extensive, class-specific skill tree; making every warrior unique.
MMOsite: The graphics in Warrior Epic are gorgeous! What type of graphics engine are you using? Can we play the game on low spec computers?
Keren: Thank you! The developers over at Possibility Space are using a proprietary engine that's been optimized for use on even low-spec integrated graphics chips. They're truly doing an amazing job, and it's really fun to watch all the enhancements that have been made throughout the development of the game. The beautiful thing about Warrior Epic is that it is designed with the intention of being playable by everyone, from those who use the computer to casually surf the web, all the way to the most hardcore gamers. There's a delicate balance to be maintained when trying to satisfy both the casual gamer and the hardcore gamer, but WE will be a great experience for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the MMO world everyday or even just one day out of the week.

MMOsite: What kind of community support will you offer? And how important is teamwork in Warrior Epic?
Keren: We have our forums that are moderated by a number of seasoned Warrior Epic veterans. They're always open and willing to answering questions from everyone in the forum and are just all in all, awesome people to have on our side. Teamwork is an integral part of any MMO gaming experience. It will prove vital when trying to navigate through harder quests and battle enemies that would prove to be challenging to fight individually.
MMOsite: What core concepts and features do you emphasize most in Warrior Epic? And what's your favorite feature form now on in your opinion?
Keren: I personally enjoy the Spirit System of WE. If you watch our trailer, you'll understand that in WE, "Death is only the beginning", This is completely true as a player can choose to leave his hero as a floating spirit that can be called upon during battle, revive the fallen warrior, or infuse the spirit into a weapon. Death of a character actually opens up new options and strategies. With six classes of characters and two sub-classes per character, the variety of ways to use the members of your hall "dead or alive" is virtually limitless.

MMOsite: The "Hall" system in Warrior Epic is quite unique and interesting, like players' house. Can you elaborate more on this for our readers?
Keren: The Hall is much like a castle for players to house their accomplishments, characters, equipment and show off their inner-interior-designer within the WE world. On top of that, each player will have the option of adding and upgrading rooms of the Hall. These additions and upgrades boost warrior stats and skills that affect not only the Hall Master, but also all party members.
MMOsite: What are the other features of Warrior Epic which can't be found in other MMOs?
Keren: Warrior Epic is going to distinguish itself from other MMO's in a number of ways, but the most prominent is the session-based gameplay. Each dungeon will only take 15-30 minutes to complete while having a chance to yield the rarest rewards. Most MMO's require extensive amounts of gameplay time in order to become great. Warrior Epic doesn't focus on hours and hours of grinding, but instead calls for teamwork and skill.
