On October 9th, Tecmo has introduced its new online game DOA ONLINE to the Tokyo Game Show 2008 (TGS 2008). The title was made of Tecmo#DY#s leading popular fighting series "Dead or Alive", and it is going to launch in on China before in Japan.
DOA#DY#s producer Shinobu Hasegawa disclosed that "We want to produce a space to perform the same mood as in a arcade game center" which gave us a reason to believe that not only the one-to-one battle but also many-to-many battle mode and the community system can be expected. (Via: 4gamer)
