Grand Chase is an exciting new Online 3D Action Brawler; a title that joins the growing ranks of the online free-to-play market of video games. Yet, while many of the titles in this new gaming genre are relegated to the more tried-and-true staple of the Fantasy-based MMORPG, Grand Chase brings something completely new to the table with a focus on fast-arcade-style-action-combat along with RPG-like character customization.
Grand Chase has already begun to find an impressive following and is currently the most popular online title in Brazil. While Grand Chase is essentially a Brawler similar to the side-scrolling arcade beat-em-ups of yester year, as evident in its impressive and deep Dungeon System, it contains a particular focus for PVP. With such refined and polished execution for both the single and team based Dungeon crawling as well as the multiple mode PVP systems, Grand Chase can easily be seen as two complete games in one.
In Grand Chase players are able to take on the role of the Grand Chase Knights, an elite fighting force composed of more than five available characters, each with their own specialties, playing styles, weapon specializations job advancements and special Skills. Every player can utilize all of the available characters as they see fit, and the use of any one character does not require them to remove another from their stable. Furthermore, additional playable characters are continually being added to the game, expanding the plethora of unique characters and playing styles.

Dungeon Crawling Can Be Fun again!
Dungeon crawling in many online titles parries down to a simple, monotonous grind fest. Delve deep into a labyrinthine maze full of baddies only to kill the same mob over and over and over again. Sure, you can get EXP, some in-game currency and possibly some items from drops of generic mob XYZ, but few real gamers can find any true enjoyment from redundantly employing the same point and click-to-kill-the-baddies-mechanic over and over and over and over again. Grand Chase's foundation in arcade-style-action over the traditional point and click interface adds a new dimension to killing monsters and bosses, a dimension which makes every encounter an actual battle, allowing the player to control every attack, every movement to make combat itself an immersive component of the gameplay experience.
Grand Chase is filled with a large assortment of Dungeons throughout several in-game continents. Each continent has its own specially themed Dungeons filled with multiple rooms, branching paths, unique monsters and final bosses. All of the Dungeons in Grand Chase are specifically themed and incorporate spectacular settings such as volcanoes, under-sea kingdoms, brooding swamps, haunted castles and more. Players can choose to traverse every Dungeon in the game with any of the playable characters that they have available in their roster. They can also undertake the challenges therein either solo, or in groups of up to four players. Additionally, all of the Dungeons have three distinct difficulty settings (marked by a range of one to three stars) which provide new rewards and added challenges with each increasing level of difficulty.
The Dungeons also serve as the main way for players to advance and enjoy the deep storyline of Grand Chase and its world; with the completion of each Dungeon unlocking new twists and turns in the game's plot.
