Electronic Arts today announced its product line up for Games Convention 2008. On show in Leipzig are titles from famous franchises like FIFA, Need For Speed, The Sims and Harry Potter, a wide range of casual and family titles for Nintendo platforms including Littlest Pet Shop, Boogie SuperStar, Zubo and Monopoly, brand new IP like SimAnimals, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space, Dragon Age: Origins, Battleforge, Spore, the new MMORPG Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning and EA partner titles Left 4 Dead from Valve, Rock Band and Rock Band 2 from MTV Games/Harmonix and Crysis Warhead from Crytek.

FIFA: EA has shown off the latest features for this year's FIFA title; FIFA 09, to Pocket-lint ahead of the launch in September as it strives to recreate the beautiful game in even more detail that ever before.

Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning: It has been developed by Mythic Entertainment in association with Games Workshop, who created the tabletop game. Player-vs-player combat will play a large role in the MMORPG, which takes place within the Warhammer universe. Following a healthy amount of speculation that the game would launch on September 23.
