If servers have problems but the customer service is not available, you can click 'Server Problems' on the website to report. After receiving your report, Zero Official will solve the problems as soon as possible.


Notes:

1. The same Error Message of each server can only be submitted every 10 minutes.
2. We suggest you report the server problems via Live Support when it is online.
