All players on the Cinderella server, and all accounts contained within have been moved to the SnowWhite server.

Conquer Official apologize for the delay of the server merge between Cinderella and SnowWhite. There were unforeseen circumstances that required careful handling, and the data transfer took much longer than expected.

Because of the delay, 7 days' double experience on the SnowWhite server will be changed, starting from 9th, July, and ending on 16th, July. What's more, there will be a special event on this weekend!

If you have an account on the SnowWhite server or the Cinderella Server, this could affect you. For details on this server merge please click here.

Once the server merging is complete, you are suggested to:

Log into the new SnowWhite server and check your account and character.

   1) If you find a '[Z+ number]' has been added to your character name (done to avoid duplicate character names) you may change your character's name once only. The character-renaming page is only available for one week after merge.

   2) If you have an account and own characters on both the original Cinderella and SnowWhite servers, and you want to keep the two characters on the new SnowWhite server, you may move your original Cinderella server character onto another account. The character transfer page is only available for one week after merge.
