With many rumors about Blizzard#DY#s Splash Screen, more and more players
believed that Diablo III will be announced at this Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational.
As excepted, Blizzard Entertainment has once again updated their official
website with a fresh teaser image today. This time the image distinctly shows a
pair of menacing eyes. At this point, the WWI 2008 teaser looks quite
like it#DY#s hinting at Diablo.

The rumor of Diablo comes from the interview with Rob Pardo, Blizzard VP of
Game Design.
"So you want me to announce the game before our announcement?" he said. "No
offense, but I think there#DY#s like 300 people here, and I#DY#ll be ripped apart by
8000 people there [at the Invitational] if I pre-announce it, but it#DY#s going to
be really exciting. I think everybody here will be really excited about the
announcement."
In addition, according to the VideoGaming 247#DY#s report, a senior UK development source has
claimed that the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational game announcement Rob Pardo
alluded to in Paris is definitely Diablo III.
"A second, highly-placed European source has also just told us that
they are sure that Diablo III will be revealed on Saturday afternoon at the
event." VideoGaming 247 reported.
The big reveal is coming this Saturday at the World Wide Invitational event
in Paris, France. The Opening Ceremony, when the big announcement is expected,
begins at 11:45 A.M. CEST (UTC+2), which is 2:45 A.M. PDT (UTC-7). Blizzard is
offering live video streaming from the Main Stage and Tournament Stage.
