Hack case submission limit has been reduced to 5 DB codes from original 10 DB codes.

This means that you only need to buy 5 DB codes, or equivalent before we are able to react to your hacking queries.

If you have met the requirement of 5 DB codes, do not hesitate to submit now. We will make great efforts on offering better service and reducing hacking cases.

Note:

1. We do not deal with the case that you have been hacked more than 10 days before you submit the report.

2. Each account is able to file a hack case twice per year (once in the first half and once in the second half.)
